I had a very disappointing experience with Dew Cosmetic Clinic. Before starting my GFC treatment, I was clearly informed that each session would cost ₹3000 and that 7–8 sessions would be required. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the treatment. However, after just 2 sessions, the clinic suddenly increased the price to ₹4000 per session — a 33% hike — without any prior notice.
This feels like a clear case of manipulation, knowing that once a patient begins treatment, they’re unlikely to switch clinics mid-way. When I raised this issue, I was simply told that if I want to continue, I must pay the new price. No accountability, no explanation — just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
Additionally, I was informed by the receptionist that they would now combine PRP + GFC in one session for ₹4000. This is highly questionable, especially when the doctor initially recommended GFC as a more advanced treatment compared to PRP. Mixing both treatments without proper explanation or consent seems like an attempt to justify the price hike rather than offer real value.
This is not a professional or ethical way to treat patients. Pricing should be transparent and consistent, and treatments should be based on medical need — not business tactics. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest and patient-focused care.
